The maths makes sense, and it has made sense for a while. The market obviously is not believing the story. However management should be a little more responsible and promotional, you know just a semi regular (quarterly??) letter on the various happenings around the businesses would be fantastic to keep retail investors patient. The share price would be nowhere near this low. Even stating your numbers on an official letter would alert the market to the extreme pricing the stock is currently facing. They now have a CEO, that's an extra person on board to push the company to a wider audience without giving market sensitive info away.
They should take the business private if they have no interest in keeping retail holders informed periodically.
