    "Greenvale Energy Ltd (ASX: GRV) (‘GRV’, ‘Greenvale’ or ‘the Company’ advises that Mr
    Tony Leibowitz will retire as Chairperson and Director of the Company due to increasing
    personal commitments, effective from 31 December 2022."

    Above from 16th December 2022 GRV announcement......

    Last week there were two large sell orders at $.075 which were snapped up very quickly.
    I think the market is well and truly over Leibowitz retiring from the board....
