It may be worth considering that there was likely some strategy involved in providing an update to the public after the initial ICC hearing. The cone of silence was likely necessary to ensure that the detractors were also kept in the dark on any strategic moves until they had the chance to be heard in front of the arbitrator. Now that the initial case has been heard I would expect more freedom of information flow.
