    In my view:
    Forward plan:
    Step 1: Announce multiple porphyry discoveries and some cracking grades from CC & BT
    Step 2: once the SP goes past 7c, do a CR
    Step 3: Use funds to drill Steam Engine.

    I haven't considered or factored in the potential JV or divestment of non-core assets.
