I wouldn't count on those extra shares (15% from memory of your original holding at the time of merger).
It is based on the Ingena business unit hitting certain performance targets. I am not aware how they have been travelling.
For the record I transfered my UXC-IPS shares into ord's after the first payment of 25% and sold.
