Ex divvie date was 18th September where it opened at $21.30. That was over 3 weeks ago.

I like to re-visit past reports and re-listen to what the CEO has to say. TB highlighted the strength in lending and basically cautioned on a "modest outlook" for their core business. The problem with lending is that the terms are typically over a 1-2 year period. I await the AGM with interest. Speaking of which, in order to register for the AGM, you have to email Credit Corp. They then send you an email saying that they'll supply you with the link closer to the AGM.

Seriously? Is this 2023 or 1993?

Speaking of the AGM, it was nearly 12 months ago that the Directors committed to buying shares and having skin in the game. That's not happened so far. As for your comment regarding the SP creeping back up ex divvie, that's all good and well, but CCP seems to have a nasty habit of creeping and then falling off a cliff. Above $20 the profit takers start dominating and then we get stuck in a range bound pattern for ages. I've held this stock for a good number of years and it's now starting to really test my psyche.

Anyway, I wish everyone well who's holding this stock. If we get another modest update, we'll mostly likely start looking at the low teens.
