Thanks for refreshing my memory.I thought there was another reason to keep me away besides liquidity/spread.Obviously that adjusts the equity value (maybe terminally). I will leave it to those closer to the details to work it out.Nonetheless, the board resigning completely and being replaced by an IB guy gives the impression that a sale is being explored IMO.Add to that the amount of executive turnover - I wonder who is left to run things.The question is what is it worth and what price will someone pay.....?
Could always be taken private too for a re-jig...Worst case is leaving it to rot...
