Do they have attritioners? You would hope so.
Do the wcp ops run them in safe mode? ( lots of water so they don't bog.....low amps on the trends)
To have an ilmenite spec of 3.4% SiO2 from pre production lab teswork shows it must be badly coated.

"The STA zircon is badly iron stained"... interesting to know. If it's a problem, at worst, an acid leach circuit should clean it up. If it was going to be a problem, why wasn't an acid wash wasn't included in the dry plant?
In pre STA testwork acid didn't work.
