Ann: Black Rock Debt Process Update, page-21

I read this announcement, and I don't get the impression that they are very close at all, securing debt finance for the project. They are talking about "potential" lenders, several steps more, and additional discussions and negotiations, before this is finalisied. These steps sound like they could be looking at a few months, not a few weeks. I only wish it were the latter. Since we are now almost in the middle of October already and there's the Christmas holiday looming, I think they will be lucky to get it done in CY2023.
