On 5 April 2023 Shine received a part payment of $22,600,999.24 in the mesh matter, comprising of 50% of Shine’s professional costs ($15,656,736.30) and 100% of Shine’s disbursements ($6,944,262.94).
Presumably Shine is still going through the process for the other $15,656,736.30, as well as other costs incurred since April (maybe an extra million?).
Do we know when Shine is expecting this additional $15+M? I recall reading somewhere that it would be finalised in the first half of this financial year. It is a substantial amount of money, so I assume there will be an announcement when this occurs.
