Anyway, back to discussing the stock with the only other shareholder in Australia who wants to discuss the stock.
If the intent of this $50m is for running costs then the business model has been incorrect from the get go, as in Elkayams own words there was a 5 year plan and we are two years in.
I have a strong doubt they are planning of building their own factory. Why would they? The overheads would make no sense even for projected when you can get the components contract manufactured in batches.
Could be for stock, but have a doubt as they are getting partial payments up front as shown on the BS and certainly financeable with debt given the nature of the customers.
So if we give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the business model is not broken depite the delay in order ramp-up, that would leave only one thing: Funding for a bolt-on acquisition. (AI or autonomous flight management tech?) Let's hope it is this last thing. If it is that last thing, that might mean they have something in sight.
