I tried VIRGIN MONEY high interest savings account this year. The lock in feature stuffed up on the day I was supposed to get paid. All my withdrawals from 31 days earlier suddenly disappeared from my account. I couldn't do anything about it because I had no proof.
I ended getting BOQ to over rule them but that took many hours and a lot of stress. I took my money and ran the next day. Have never been back and don't plan to.
