Is it just me or do others sense that this highly irregular and dark clause was added to force potentially (or actual) large unsupportive holders to desist from any attempt to vote the deal down?
We know there are at least 2 former company brokers/supporters who really have no need to be in this stock and may advise clients accordingly? Up to 50% of the register may fall into this 'category of influence' imo.
I can see some major games being played here!
