No problem HC, I respect your view and also believe TPD is able to get 20M finance, but not without a lot of bending over!!
Regarding the AFR report on TPD been knocked back. I cannot be assured, but seems like all other information on that report was accurate, so who knows?
Also tired of over biased TPD holders, I guess we can agree to disagree here.
