Had a brief scan of the shareholder letter - the wordings, again reiterating "numerous parties" and "delivering this value will be best achieved by selling PAC". Very resolute on a sale, yet the market is pricing now <50% chance of a binding SoA. Note that GQG stock price has recovered above 31 June stonk px already. Fingers crossed and good luck to all
