Gina Rinehart has never filed a “Ceasing to be a sub holder” notice (HPPL is above the 5% threshold) so she has certainly not pulled out - and I strongly doubt she has any near term intention to.
Instead, it’s clear she will have actually increased her holding by some proportionate number by participating in the last placement (at $5.10 per share in May) to maintain the size of her % stake. The announcement from VUL at the time of completion said it was “strongly supported” by existing shareholders as well as new investors.
