I thought buy-back would get some attention at the meeting, considering the share price. The only reason I didn't ask about it is because I think the question would be dodged until Vlad was on-boarded. With the share count so tiny and the price so low, why not just sling half a mil at it over a few months; if the price continues its trend, just do the same next fin year. I can't understand the reluctance to pursue share repurchasing. At this rate I'd have thought it's just about the only hope the original IPO share holders have of getting their capital back.
Having said that, there are no major share holders or directors buying. In fact at least one large share holder wants out, judging by the sell order witnessed earlier in the year. That, in part, confirms that a buy-back doesn't appeal to management. But surely at some point it must get consideration...? Or not, I suppose.
