Absolutely AVL could of done this alone, especially with goverment backing and support, tmt on the other hand im not so sure, why do u think tmts board reached out to get this merge done. Why would u not vote in favor of this merge? TMT and there board have already shown they don't have confidence doing this alone. Best thing that they could do is work together
