I thought buy-back would get some attention at the meeting, considering the share price. The only reason I didn't ask about it is because I think the question would be dodged until Vlad was on-boarded. With the share count so tiny and the price so low, why not just sling half a mil at it over a few months; if the price continues its trend, just do the same next fin year. I can't understand the reluctance to pursue share repurchasing. At this rate I'd have thought it's just about the only hope the original IPO share holders have of getting their capital back.

If they don't buy back stock the company may not be listed as someone will bid for it. Just look at what Street Talk have announced re: Adore Beauty today. M&A is starting in beaten down retailers.
