We do not even know if they are ready , submitted all paperwork?, approved?, booked a rig? Dreaming? Asleep at the wheel?
Such poor management with poor communication skills. They had there chance. If they are reading hc ?they certainly are not doing anything to address the criticism!
As lonv as they have a job and enough votes to do what they want and everything is always passed to what they desire is all they care about.
