    Interesting graph.. And one could certainly say this is an opportune time to buy simply based on the chart.. time for a bounce? (That sounds like someones famous last words)

    Personally though I have a very defined investment path at the moment which doesn't include investment funds.. Not to say this isn't an opportunity but i just don't know enough about this particular REIT.

    My understanding is commercial real-estate is under pressure? I note however this fund has service station exposure? Again.. alittle out of my area..

    The short version:

    The dividend is there.. All Beit with no franking but it is there as a back up for a medium hold if the price doesn't track up. but better divs elsewhere

    The graph does suggest a bounce however the upside is looking like around 10%. I would probably want a little more than that.

    So, you hold..i dont know what your average is so perhaps a good time to top up just alittle.

    Really depends on your investment approach, available funds and risk appetite

    Not a definitive answer for you..but i hope it helps alittle nonetheless
