Part of a sell down to a CR level, is also some people selling their positions who can replace with their entitlement under a placement or a SPP. Hence some of the flip has already occurred. Then you have others who dont participate, but also preemptively sell at the announcement of a CR discount, who then re accumulate at the CR level on market.
Sorry to rain on your doom and gloom, but shares do recover after a CR is over, as news events and fundamentals move ahead.
