The lithium announcement by WC8 today might be worth a read for Carnaby holders. It mentions some nice lithium drill intersections at Tabba Tabba just southwest of the Carnaby Big Hill area. What is interesting is that they have the Tabba Tabba tantalum deposit in pegmatite but it has no lithium, about half of the pegmatites have lithium. Carnaby drilled the old tantalum mines area at Big Hill and got very little lithium. The lithium is in pegmatites adjacent to the tantalum ones but quite separate bodies. Perhaps Carnaby is a lithium play and should have another look in light of the close proximity and the geology of the discoveries. 51m @ 1.5% Lithium oxide is not to be sneezed at.
