They could have access to info that holder don’t if they are 708’s and registered with a broker.
When I use to have a 708 I was registered with a broker house and would be e mailed term sheets for various offers before the details of a raise we announced, it’s the only way they can fill the book.
So today or Friday when they announce it will be the outcome saying how much has been raised and at what price and then advising an SPP will open on a date in the near future.
