What retail market was thinking was the potential for the placement holders to sell the 3.5c shares they received today.

GAM arent going to be selling and have to file a Sub notice if they do.

Of those placement shares 200M which was to raise the $7M the company held in escrow and now have access to that cash (no CR anytime soon), 10% was taken up by the directors, (they aint selling and again would notify the market if they did) the rest was offered to only the top 30 holders at the time. Those people if they intended to sell have had ample opportunity to sell their existing shares they already owned and then simply backfill it with the placement stock if they were so inclined.

I think the market thought there was going to be a sell out of the placement stock and the open reflected that, then when that wasnt the case the smart money has moved in buying it up from the mid 30s again to it now trading near session highs.

My thought was there was going to be little placement stock coming out because of the scenario i explained above and once this is obvious to the market and with wildcat now derisked with the full ownership of Tabba Tabba , you will now see money coming in that was waiting and needing that milestone ticked off for their risk investment profile.
