brilliantly out Chris- if there’s nothing there - so b it - move on / farm it out and relieve ourselves of the mgmt time and holding costs
apart from yellow cat - I say do it with all our ancillary assets - at least we can focus on the ones that offer future value and discard those that don’t- perhaps in hindsight it would have been better to farm this one out and spend the money on yellow - but u know there would be whinging either way- main point is - we have more than enough $$$ in the bank to find out - AND our local geo needs to earn his keep
