When is this submission to the Qld govt due to be presented? I've just checked every CXY announcement I can find and none of them give a date.

The financing update is a bit worrying - more shares? At what issue price? I see the CXY share price struggling for the foreseeable future upon re-listing.

Hopefully the finance facility they mention will be drawn upon first so this fuss can fade into the background before they try to issue more shares.
