No Run updated IRR figures on this then apply Debt funding at about 9%-10% for this risky play. What lenders are going to fund this CAPEX at these figures. My bet is none. Our only hope is that the Consortium Funds the bulk which is questionable.
This is much more of a risk than the Top-20's are stating. Feathering their own nests at the expense of small investors IMO.
If the Consortium agrees to fund 60% or above then I am in. Pushed deadlines are a real concern though
