Its a lot like the greatest stock that ever existed, RIG in this way - there's a super small pool of people you would want to give the responsibility of piloting $1.2bn of ultradeepwater drillship where mistakes are explosive.
Don't piss them off by trying to scrimp on them.
Even at $16bn of stock picking assets this is still a big responsibility I want that investment team to stick around to pilot the ship because I have very little doubt that theyll be needed to manage much more money in future.
