    Hmmm. So what he's saying is...

    ...that despite that whole "Russia is losing", "Russia is running out of weapons, ammo and people" narrative that's being spread by the Ukrainian media, Russia somehow still has the capability to supply weapons and ammo to Hamas... The weapons and ammo that Russia itself is allegedly short on?

    Because that makes sense...Not.
