    whats ctp being a spec stock got to do with common courtesy of letting us (shareholders) know of delays and progress. do they not have a PR person? im pretty sure they do, IMO this PR person should be saying dont you think we should notify our holders of delays? my bet is if we kick n scream enough on here we'll get a announcement after hours tonight
