    In a mythical world somewhere it will have happened with a positive cashflow company with prospects that was doing it to enable listing on another exchange . For all teh reast it just gives the players a chance to drive it down 1/10 of a cent and half pips and play games as no on knows real value of how to price it.

    Unless there is news to support it and abusiness plan it is justa way to get a issue away and it will screw all small existing holders long term and short
