Valuation only works when the valuers have some idea what they are talking about.
these types that require five years of earnings, ROE greater than 15, low debt etc to predict future cashflows have NFI. Real valuation is about being able to accurately predict what is going to happen to the actual business from real knowledge of the business particularly if it is being disrupted in some way eg
like Netflix disrupted video easy, AirBnB - hotels, SEK - print classifieds.... GLP1s and kidney function drugs. 7% of earnings aren't they? Correct me if I am wrong.
