I’m a tragic optimist, so I’m hoping the CR is based on a placement to an offtake partner/buyer. If that's the case it will be positive move by the company and they will be long term holders and not the typical flick merchants that the brokers usually line up.
If I’m right the price they pay - within reason, doesn’t matter much either.
