its not about guilt rookie..... its about remediating neglected problems.
those 3000+ services are disconnected. the Voice will convert many of these, the productive and function "services", into a network of Voices, as I understand the Voice specific statements. the object being: a) to assess each service provider with a view to defunding if not achieving results (wasted resources), b) improving the efficiency and productivity of each service, c) forming a network through which they can provide information to the Voice, d) sifting, collating and presenting the information to Gov and parliament in a meaningful way, and e) providing advices based on factual analysis and representations.
this comes from the 127 page committee report that resulted from the regional meetings. the one that Ms Credlin claimed was an exposé.
