The announcement, however, doesn't disappoint - its right on the money and accords with the media pre-release and sharesontoast discussion with Paul Watt. Phylogica published a table, in its March 2010 presentation, setting out the payment structure for Discovery Pharma Partnerships;
Upfront license fee - $500k
Milestone payments - $1m-$100m
The licensing agreement with Medlmmune has delivered, in fact its more than a Pass mark, its a High Distinction. The market gives it a big yawn but the Big Pharma players keep lining up for a slice of the action.
