I would suggest that you research AXE background as a graphite miner in South Australia and then think clearly about the skills and talents this brings to the highly technical Quantum computing field. After that I would suggest that you read (and understand) their patent US Patent No. 11126925 see HERE (or get someone suitably academically qualified) such patents particularly for their 12QC "chip" and the status of such "nitrogen vacancy" technology and the need to pure carbon consisting of only the (zero spin) carbon 12 isotope (carbon 13 - half spin gives quantum "noise" issues) in the form of diamond (which need to neutron irradiated to produce the nitrogen vacancy). I would then suggest that you understand that their co-operation with IBM is offered to many suppliers as a service and as such does not indicate a "special" relationship but use of a service offered to many. After that I suggest that you look at the total number of staff that they have and their qualifications and that UNSW offer "support" in QC to many companies. and then compare their achievements to those to acclaimed people (such as SQC and Michelle Simmons - AO to those of Dr Mohammad Choucair and then the funding and support SQC has received from CBA, Telstra & the Australian Government). It may then be worthwhile reading CSIRO reports on QC which briefly mentions AXE but does talk about similar technology (Quantum Brilliance - see HERE)
After doing your "due diligence" you may come to a more rational conclusion on AXE - I would suggest that you DYOR.
After understanding the technology and respective claims you may come to a different conclusion regarding the credibility of AXE versus BLG
