Egypt faces water insecurity due to dam building in nations such as Ethiopia and if this impending disaster could be resolved, it might suit Egypt to give some of its land to Israel allowing for the Palestinians to return to their rightful lands.

Jews already have their land, it's the JAO, they belong over there.
They stole the land their on now and the name to go with it.
