@cheesepope, thanks for your kind thoughts albeit their superfluous since I'm one of those who's never been troubled by mental health issues.
It's a simple formula, always being true to one's core values [eg. a fair go and equal opportunity for all] and never losing sight of the bigger picture [eg. environmental sustainability].
