I call that savvy trading (he needed the cash I’m lead to believe), every other SH had the same opportunity, some actually did take that opportunity, don’t forget the SP went to 62c, a number of seasoned holders traded to be free carried, I would actually say it should be lesson learned for the future, as the saying goes, Those who don’t learn by past mistakes are destined to repeat them.
