Albanese trusted Peter Dutton's promise of bipartisanship on the referendum - that will be etched in History as one of the most naïve and stupid decisions ever made by an Australian PM. His decision to trust Dutton has caused Australia's First Peoples a lot of worry that will now morph into pain and suffering.

Further; Albanese's call for 'respectful debate' made him a laughing stock that I expect to be reflected in future opinion polls.
