Wow, you have some serious cheek.
As you well know and as has been explained multiple times, the FDA has been moving the goal posts and only NOW is consulting with industry on the way forward with stem cell therapies.
Don't pretend this isn't happening and isn't the background for MSB being first in the field, but unfortunately not American First.
I still agree with others that the FDA cannot stand in the way of MSB's technology much longer.
