The next few days will be interesting to see which way GWR goes, a deliberate manipulation in the last one hour happening yesterday to drop the price back 6 cents on only 20,000 shares traded even though more than 600,000 had been bought over $1 the last 48 hours, all supporting bids pulled from the screens so the price could fall easily, something is telling me the SPP could be announced as early as Monday morning.
If the share price averages $1 for the week then there is your answer.
