They (Troydt et-al) are perfectly entitled to form an action group outside HC, to discuss this merger. This would also facilitate discussions/actions that are potentially not being monitored by TMT/RCF/Regal eyes and ears. Good luck to them. I hope they push for a better offer for remaining shareholders, and even better, a cash payout.
