Wisdom, IF, the funding arrangement for the above is as you say - well great. However, is it as you say? No one knows, except MR and the dutch company.
Also, is it a 1 year project, 5 years, 10 years? No one knows, except MR and the dutch company. Not good enough! No wonder the market has taken it the way it has - another vague ho-hum announcement from MR.
