    for what it is worth, but CHEF EXTRAORDINAIRE watso .... has not really mastered the art of roast chicken

    watso has mentioned POACHED CHICKEN a couple of times ...

    well worth doing an internet search .. different strategies for whole chicken, breast, or tenderloins ..

    poached chicken is far better than roast chicken
