If such turns out to be the case,Cheeky,I for one will encourage 10% of us to block the t/o on 'el cheapo' terms.Which is why I feel we should seriously now consider putting all the evidence before a commercial lawyer for an opinion. And to see whether a Court Order can be obtained to reveal who has been behind all the transactions to date and to obtain all records of emails and phone calls between parties. And to see how an announcement with such a glaring fault was left uncorrected before it was released to the market.
This whole business reeks to high heaven and needs to be thoroughly investigated,in my opinion. As I've said before,I'm happy to contribute towards getting an opinion from a commercial lawyer who is expert in the field. If something dodgy is discovered,I'm sure we can get a class action legal firm to represent us.
