Terrible terrible look and poorly handled.
Optics around this are directors (and friends) getting set at a big discount, accompanied by a fabricated announcement that the market clearly saw through.
They only raised at 7c in May.
These free options are below that placement price.
If they were acting in the interests of shareholders the should of announced these results, given the share price some momentum and done a genuine raising with a potential SPP if it warranted it.
Cannot believe - that for $65k - the directors have put themselves in this position and created a stench around this company.
Really really poor form
