You fail to mention or understand that Hamas are the governing body in Gaza. They're the boss ok. So why don't they find water and food and fuel for their inhabitants? They're in 'power' but clearly they can't handle responsibility unless its for one of their rockets they point at people. Good for you backing them though. When you grow up maybe you'll understand.
