Another example of under-researched and underprepared journalists trying to make a sensationalist article out of a straightforward business transaction.

"Hello" businesses- especially ones ramping up for production need capital to operate. Using the words" emergency equity raising" is absolute BS and an affront to our intelligence. This is not an "emergency equity raising" this is a straightforward business decision that enables our Board to push forward as planned with the commissioning and eventual production on time for mid-2024.

Rather than it being an "emergency equity raising" I personally think it is a watershed moment in LTR's history. Once we have confirmation that the funds are raised ( probably Wed- what's more I expect lenders or organizations interested in equity will be jumping over themselves to lend us the funds) it will be a game changer. It will be the moment when certainty of production and the pathway to mind-blowing in Tim G's words "free cash flow in excess of $2.5 billion per annum " change from vision to certainty. Those of us waiting patiently for dividends and a "realistic" share price I think will be well rewarded in the next few years.
